This website

If you join the Founding Families list, we keep your email and the answers you give us (who it’s for, your ZIP code, the chore you’d hand over first, anything else you tell us). We use it only to write to you about Anew and to plan where early robots go. We do not sell it or share it. Ask us to delete it any time at tom@anureka.com.

The robot

Anew needs cameras to work. These are our design commitments; we will publish the final, exact version before any robot ships.

Stays in your home

Camera video, microphone audio and the map of your home. They are processed on the robot or on your own home computer.

Leaves your home, and why

Robot health (battery, errors) so we can fix problems, and app settings so they sync to your phone. Never raw video unless you share a clip with us yourself.

How long we keep it

Health logs: 90 days. Clips you share: until you delete them.

How to delete it

One button in the app deletes your data and your account, on the robot and on our servers.

Off switch

Privacy mode turns cameras and microphones off at the source — the robot pauses anything that needs them.
